Previously he was a
chief executive at several enterprises engaged in real estate
development, where his main responsibilities included project coordination,
attraction of capital and sales

Mārtiņš Baumanis, ACCA Chief Financial Officer |
Mārtiņš holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics
and business administration from Stockholm
School of Economics in
Riga and a Master’s degree from University of Latvia in the same area. Before
joining our team, he was a Head of finance planning and control department at a
leading local bank. He has substantial experience
in all aspects of auditing and accounting, working in PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mārtiņš is a member of ACCA. |

Toms holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics
and business administration from Stockholm

Riga. He started his career by founding and
managing an outdoor
advertising company. Toms has
also worked as an intern at KPMG London’s office dealing with liabilities
performance check of the enterprise mutual agreements. |
