Alberts  Pole

Chairman of the Board

Alberts holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. His previous experience includes working at a leading Latvian leasing company as well as a tenure at a leading local investment bank where he was responsible for valuations and communication with potential investors. He is a second level candidate at CFA program.

Māris Keišs, CFA

Member of the Board

Māris holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Previously he worked in the audit department of Ernst & Young and then as a financial analyst with a leading local real estate developer. Māris holds a CFA program degree.

Kristaps Ozols

Member of the Board

Kristaps holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Previously he was a chief executive at several enterprises engaged in real estate development, where his main responsibilities included project coordination, attraction of capital and sales management.

Mārtiņš Baumanis, ACCA

Chief Financial Officer

Mārtiņš holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and a Master’s degree from University of Latvia in the same area. Before joining our team, he was a Head of finance planning and control department at a leading local bank. He has substantial experience in all aspects of auditing and accounting, working in PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mārtiņš is a member of ACCA.

Toms Jurjevs

Country manager, Latvia

Toms holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. He started his career by founding and managing an outdoor advertising company. Toms has also worked as an intern at KPMG London’s office dealing with liabilities performance check of the enterprise mutual agreements.

Gediminas Velička

Country manager, Lithuania

Gediminas holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Prior to this, he was the chief executive of several Lithuanian internet businesses and had been working in Procter & Gamble as a Sales manager.

Janne Papunen

Country manager, Finland

Janne holds a Master’s degree in science from Tampere University of Technology. His major was industrial management and minors were management accounting and strategy. Prior to current position, he worked on implementation of ERP systems and cost accounting systems for several entities.

Daniel Stenberg

Country manager, Sweden

Daniel holds a degree in business administration from Acadia University Fred C. Manning School of Business Administration (Canada). Prior to his engagement here, Daniel held the position of VP at local manufacturing company and worked as a financial advisor at a leading asset management company.
