Our code of ethics ensures that all employees follow identical operating procedures that embody the firm’s development strategy. When employees are guided by the code of ethics, not only does the firm’s reputation grow, but there is growth in each individual employee’s personal skills and values as well. The code of ethics applies equally to every employee, no matter what level or position they hold in the firm. 

The code of ethics embodies our firm’s values—professionalism, honesty, honor, responsibility and loyalty.

Professionalism

o    4finance Group works within all applicable international standards, individual countries’ laws and regulations.

o    4finance Group management and staff consistently monitor employees’ professional qualifications and ensure ongoing employee training. The employees are hardworking, goal oriented, show initiative and participate in ongoing personal development by keeping up with current job and financial trends in the media. They are also encouraged to maintain awareness of changes in the financial world of the country they work in, larger global shifts in these areas,  and they use this knowledge to recommend job improvements and increase productivity. 

o    4finance Group management promotes an environment of support and training for employees who unintentionally make mistakes, instead of immediately punishing these individuals. If an employee lacks the necessary experience to resolve a certain problem, the goal is for them to consult with a manager or colleague who may have the appropriate knowledge. The management and employees enjoy excellent interpersonal relationships and are always ready to offer constructive and healthy evaluations of each other.

Honesty 

o    The corporate filings are objective, precise and accurate. 

o    4finance Group employees observe good faith and honesty toward their immediate and surrounding work environment, and maintain principled approach in all situations. 

o    4finance Group management and employees support the highest level of ethics and healthy competition, since a good reputation is required for successful teamwork. When these principles are not upheld, the firm reserves the right to deny service to any legal for physical entity. 

o   Employee compensation is commensurate with the individual’s experience, knowledge and education. 

o    Employees are required to notify the firm of any actions that do not abide by state law, the firm’s rules or code of ethics. 

Honor 

o    The firm supports diversity, an individual’s rights, a free flow of ideas, and an environment where employees can openly voice their opinions. 

o    Employees respect each other, their clients and working partners, regardless of their position with the firm, or their sex, national origin, race, or personal beliefs. 

o   4finance Group management and employees abide by the firms’ communications protocol interfacing with each colleague, working partners and clients. 

o    No employee, client or working partner will be discriminated against for their race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, age, sex, sexual orientation, political views, income level or family status. 

Responsibility 

o    Each and every employee is responsible for protecting the firm’s property, company secrets and confidential information, and is strictly forbidden to use this information for personal gain and benefit. 4finance Group employees work together as one team in order to reach common goals. Managers trust their subordinates and vice versa. 

o    Each employee is obligated to recognize all code of ethics rules and other guidelines to which the employee has agreed to with management

o    Each manager supports firm employees, providing them with the necessary information to do their jobs, offering daily advice for their work, and advising in problem solving, in particular with an employee who lacks the necessary experience in that area. 

o    Employees recognize the requirements and limitations of their particular positions and they sense a personal responsibility to produce work that contributes to the firm’s reaching its goals.  

o    The employee is obliged to protect the confidential information entrusted to them in their dealings with clients. 

o    It is strictly forbidden to arrive at work under the influence of narcotics, prescription drugs or alcoholic beverages. 

Loyalty 

o    All 4finance Group employees are dedicated and loyal to the firm’s goals and values. 

o    The firm’s employees are not permitted to make alliances or work for 4finance Group competitors.  

o    In completing job duties, as well as outside of the workplace, every employee (especially managers) is expected to act in accordance with the company’s values, in order to maintain and uphold its reputation.

o    Each company employee must show initiative, must engage and offer professional support and advice if needed by co-workers.
